your personal interactive tour of the local area using the latest GPS technology.
Through the headphones and on the easily portable screen you will be guided through the area
and supplied with fascinating information in a way that has never been seen before.
  Pick up your Braunton Explorer and select one, two or three tours

BRAUNTON ON THE MOVE
This tour explores Braunton's historical past and shows how it has evolved through farming, shipping and the railway into the village today.
SHIFTING SANDS
This tour covers North Devon's Biosphere Reserve and world-class Braunton Burrows, the story of which unfolds at Saunton Sands.
D-DAY AND THE DUNES
This tour explores the hidden history of Braunton Marshes and reveals everything from relics of WW2 to the diverse wldlife.

CHARGE: £5 per day per Explorer    (one per person is recommended)    DEPOSIT: we will need a driving licence, credit card or equivalent.
WE ADVICE THAT TO GAIN FULLEST USE OF THE EXPLORERS THEY SHOULD BE HIRED IN THE MORNING AND CERTAINLY BEFORE 2pm.
